INDIVIDUAL INDEMNITY

By completing and submitting below indemnity form, you agree and accept the terms and conditions hereby laid out by Have A Safe Trip. 

NOTE: Only bookings with completed Indemnity agreement will be accepted.

• The Company endeavours to take reasonable care when providing the Service of driving the User vehicle from the pick up address to the drop off address.
• The User expressly acknowledges that the Service to be provided is inherently risky and accordingly agrees to indemnify the Company from being held responsible for any material damage to property directly or indirectly or consequential or otherwise from the use of the service being provided.
• The User irrevocably indemnifies the Company, its Partners, its employees against any claim for material damages to property which may be instituted against any one or more of them by the User, his Estate or successors in title arising out of or in connection with any negligent conduct of the Company, its Partners or employees during the use of the said service.
• The Company does not warrant the Service being provided to the User in case of unforeseen eventualities.
• The User warrants that the opportunities that the appropriate insurance cover is in place in respect of the User’s motor vehicle and that it extends to alternative drivers and alternative drivers that may be under the age of 25, however are of driving age, possessing a legal driver’s licence, whilst driving the User’s motor vehicle from the pick up address to the agreed upon drop off address (see details above).

CORPORATE INDEMNITY

Please complete Service Agreement prior to booking for service,  By completing and submitting below indemnity form, you agree and accept the terms and conditions hereby laid out by Have A Safe Trip. 

NOTE: Only bookings with completed Corporate Indemnity agreement will be accepted.

• Safe Trip undertakes to endeavor to take reasonable care in providing the Service.
• The Customer expressly acknowledges that the Service is inherently risky and accordingly agrees to indemnify Safe Trip from being held responsible or liable for any material damage, directly or indirectly, consequential or otherwise arising from the Service that the Customer may suffer.
• The Customer hereby irrevocably indemnifies Safe Trip, its directors, and/or its employees against any claim for material damages which may be instituted against any one or more of them by the Customer, his estate or successors in title arising out of or in connection with any negligent conduct of Safe Trip, its directors or employees.
• The Customer expressly acknowledges that the Service rendered by Safe Trip will be for the use of the Customer only.
• Safe Trip does not warrant the Service to the Customer in case of unforeseen eventualities.

The Customer warrants that the appropriate insurance cover is in place in respect of the Customer’s motor vehicle and that it extends to alternate drivers and alternate drivers under the age of 25 driving the Customer’s motor vehicle so as to include any Safe Trip’s representative providing the Service.

EVENTS INDEMNITY

THE FUNCTION SERVICE 



Have A Safe Trip offers a Professional Chauffeur Service that drives clients safely…in their own cars. Our teams will be stationed at your function to ensure that the service is easily available to your guests as they leave your function.

Your benefits to use our service 

• Increased corporate social responsibility by proactively providing an alternative to drinking and driving 

• Culpability reduction in the event of an accident.
• Reduced financial, brand and reputation risk through the protection of business associates, staff, 
guests and company vehicles. 



Chauffeur Details 


• Each team consists of one chauffeur and one support driver. 

• Chauffeurs will be present at the venue to ensure visibility and to promote uptake. 

• The price includes unlimited kilometers within the normal service area and allocated time. 

• Changes to function times must be confirmed with the call center in advance of the event. 



Note: A team member will be assigned to your function if over 4 teams are booked. 


Cost

R3375.00 per team for the first 2 teams. Additional teams charged at applicable rates according to Wedding and events proposal. This covers the last three hours of the event, thereafter a charge of R538.00 per team per hour applies as per pricing schedule.

The Customer warrants that the appropriate insurance cover is in place in respect of the Customer’s motor vehicle and that it extends to alternate drivers and alternate drivers under the age of 25 driving the Customer’s motor vehicle so as to include any Safe Trip’s representative providing the Service.
